4. Consulting and Project Services
A free 15-minute discovery call is available at no charge. Paid consultations are priced as listed on the website and booked via Calendly.
All project work requires full payment upfront. Timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on project scope. Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed deliverables become the client's property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our digital products — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the intellectual property of EcomLana Ltd or is licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or reproduce this content without our prior written permission.
6. User Content
If you submit any content to us (feedback, reviews, or comments), you grant EcomLana a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and display that content for legitimate business purposes.
