Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

EcomLana provides digital products and professional services. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted or a service has commenced.

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which permit businesses to exclude the right to cancel digital content once downloading or access has begun with the customer's prior consent.

Digital Products and Courses

No refunds are available for:

  • Digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded
  • Online courses once login credentials have been issued or course materials accessed
  • Any digital content where access has been granted

Upon purchase you will receive immediate access to your digital materials and an email confirmation with access details. Course access remains active for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Consulting and Coaching Services

No refunds are available for:

  • Consulting sessions or coaching calls that have commenced
  • Services where work has already begun, including strategy sessions, audits, or project work
  • Booked consultation slots where the client does not attend (no-show)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once a service has begun at the customer's request and with their acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost, no refund entitlement applies.

No-Show Policy

If you book a paid consultation and fail to attend without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered rendered and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • You cannot access a digital product due to a verified technical failure on our end, reported within 7 days of purchase
  • A session was cancelled by EcomLana and cannot be rescheduled

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
